Don't use leadedAccess to send spam, harvest data without consent, violate applicable privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, etc.), or breach the rights of any third party. You're solely responsible for ensuring your use of lead data is lawful in the jurisdictions you operate in.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or change features at any time, and will give reasonable notice for material changes.
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service. We don't sell, license, or use your customer data for our own purposes.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period. On termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
